Shipping Rate is a flat fee of 4.95 for standard mail within the US. International Customers: We are happy to look up the cost of shipping to your country of residence, so please contact us if you wish to make an order. While most items ship in a day or two, please note that custom sizes of our jewelry may take up to a week to ship because these items are made by hand when you order them. Jewelry in custom colors (colors not already offered on our site) may take up to a week and a half to ship because the color must be ordered from our supplier before the jewelry can be assembled. In the event that an item is out of stock, please email us for an estimation of when that product will be in stock again. Please note that we do our best to order more supplies in advance of when we need them, but occasionally there is unexpected demand for a product.
At this time we cannot offer returns because of the custom nature of our products. However, if there is a defect in a product, please notify us first by email for approval and postmark it within 14 days of receipt. We will replace the product or offer a refund. Slight variations of pearls do not count as defects because all natural materials vary slightly. In addition, we cannot offer returns for sizing issues. It is the customers responsibility to measure for bracelets and necklaces. Please note that sterling silver items are subject to a restocking fee because of our supplier's policy. The restocking fee is 5% if shipped to us within 14 days, and 25% or more if shipped after more than 14 days. Habitual or excessive returns are may void this return policy and may incur a restocking fee.
